Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on various market asset, refine and enhance investment processes across portfolio teams. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of fund strategies to ensure consistency, clarity, and disciplined execution.

Serve as the firm's representative to global institutional clients, including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, and major domestic investors.

Deliver customized portfolio and asset allocation solutions based on client objectives and market outlook.

Partner with marketing, product, and distribution teams to design and launch innovative investment products that scale AUM growth.

Conduct market and channel research with major banks and brokers to align product positioning with investor demand.

Qualifications

Degree in finance / business or related field.

10+ years of experience in hedge fund bussiness for equity investment management or related fields.

Proven record of managing investment within large asset management institutions.

Strong macroeconomic and asset allocation knowledge; familiarity with global institutional investor needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging high-level stakeholders (e.g., sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers).
