Job Description--Paper Trader
Location: Singapore
【Key Responsibilities】
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on assigned commodities, including gathering market data, tracking trends, and assessing supply and demand dynamics.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong business relationships.
- Formulate and implement hedging strategies for commodity futures and financial derivatives, managing positions to mitigate risk and maximize returns.
- Collaborate with team members to generate comprehensive reports and insights, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic trading environment.
【Key Requirements】
1. At least 2 years relevant working experience with university degree major in Chemical industry, international trade, finance, etc.
2. Good knowledge in oil refining, petrochemical industry chain and international trading, for example LPG fundamentals, including production, distribution, and consumption
patterns.
3. Familiarity with programming languages like VBA, Python, or R can be advantageous
for automating tasks and enhancing analytical capabilities.
4. Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights for trading
decisions.
5. Skilled in preparing clear and concise reports and presentations for internal and
external stakeholders.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions

Good command of English and Basic Chinese for communication with headquarters is
deemed a plus;
Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity;

【Salary】
Monthly Salary (SGD) from $9500 to $11000.
