Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely KYC reviews for existing clients and assist in preliminary checks for new client onboarding.
• Maintain, organize, and ensure prompt transfer of transaction documents to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with relationship managers on order executions and enhance client communication via phone.
• Prepare welcome packages and required documentation, ensuring timely delivery post-account openings.
• Verify documents to meet regulatory compliance standards.
• Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management or the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Premium Banking Relationship Manager or at least 3 years as a Premium Banking Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Preferred candidates who have completed or will be preparing for CACS Paper 1 & 2.
