Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Oversee tender administration and document control for M&E projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive cost estimations.
- Manage the RFQ process, including sourcing, liaising with suppliers, and analyzing quotations.
- Compile and coordinate the final submission of all tender documents.
- Collaborate with the project team and participate in site visits for continuous learning.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a tendering or quantity surveying role, preferably within the M&E construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (Single-Line Diagrams, Schematics, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential for costing, quantity take-offs, and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
