Commitment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements
• Help with monthly reporting and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing
• Support in payroll and claims processing
• Other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or accounting software (e.g.Xero - training can be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant experience (preferred but not required)

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in finance, accounts, or admin
• Students in finance-related courses are welcome to apply
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
