What you will do

-Stay on top of market news, and share insights with the team in real time.

-Monitor market trends, order flow, and trading activity throughout the day.

-Contribute ideas using our proprietary processes and research tools.

-Dive into Bloomberg and other platforms to perform fundamental analysis.

-Apply coding skills to improve, optimize, and automate trading workflows.

-Work closely with like-minded teammates who share the same obsession with the markets.

What we are looking for

-A strong passion for trading and financial markets

-Minimum 3 years of experience as an ETF Trader or in a similar role, preferably within a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or financial institution

-Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related

-In-depth understanding of China's & HK market, financial instruments, trading strategies, and risk management principles.

-Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to perform under pressure.

-Experience with Bloomberg or similar research tools is a plus.

-Coding proficiency (Python, C++ or similar) highly valued.

-Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

-Fluency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus.
