Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Business, Finance, and PMO teams to ensure high-quality data alignment and timely submissions of actuals, accruals, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct forecast vs. actual spend variance analysis and contribute to month-end financial commentary to enhance decision-making.
• Actively manage and control financial plans, including budget forecasting, actual tracking, and accrual governance in collaboration with the Finance Fixed Asset team.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding efforts for new team members; maintain resource planning data via Gene to optimize utilization.
• Manage Statement of Work and Purchase Order processes, ensuring compliance, accurate tracking, and timely renewals in coordination with stakeholders.
• Support contract lifecycle processes and facilitate project-level procurement activities across platforms.
• Maintain and improve operational and reporting standards; update process documents, manage documentation via SharePoint and Confluence, and uphold control procedures across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-level reporting including RAG status dashboards and executive reports; support timely and accurate submissions.
• Lead quality assurance checks throughout operational workflows; support delivery managers in meeting operational, risk, and control requirements.
• Support governance, compliance, and program-level reporting with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and data quality.
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create dashboards, streamline reporting, and communicate key metrics effectively.
• Collaborate on BCP (Business Continuity Planning) reviews and system tool adoption for improved process visibility.
• Oversee comprehensive resource management processes including workforce allocation, skill mapping, and timely onboarding/offboarding to maximize efficiency and delivery.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in IT.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project Managment.
