Proprietary Trader

Responsibilities:

• Execute proprietary trading strategies across stocks, cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and forex markets with discipline and risk management focus.
• Conduct in-depth market research, analysis, and forecasting to identify profitable trading opportunities.
• Develop, test, and implement hedging strategies to mitigate risks and optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor global financial news, economic data, and market trends to anticipate price movements.
• Maintain accurate trading records, reports, and performance metrics for review.
• Collaborate with the research team to refine strategies and explore new trading methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk controls, trading limits, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• 5-6 years of proven trading experience in multiple asset classes (stocks, crypto, derivatives, forex).
• Strong understanding of technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and quantitative trading approaches.
• Demonstrated success in managing risk and delivering consistent trading performance.
• Proficiency in trading platforms, charting tools, and financial data systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; self-driven and adaptable.
