Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic AI & Operations Strategy Lead who can bridge AI innovation, operational leadership, and business strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of prompt engineering, workflow automation, ESG/regulatory frameworks, and business growth. You'll drive AI-powered solutions internally and for clients, while also leading specialised pods of analysts, engineers, and developers to deliver scalable, impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & Automation

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows (LLMs, RAG, agentic platforms) to enhance research, automation, and report production.
• Apply prompt engineering to build scalable solutions for client-facing and internal use cases.
• Explore and integrate ESG-compliant frameworks into automated reporting solutions.

Operations & Leadership

• Lead cross-functional pods (3-8 members each) to deliver client projects across diverse industries.
• Build and optimise operational processes to reduce turnaround times and increase delivery efficiency.
• Automate routine processes (such as interviews, shortlisting, and data analysis) to free up leadership bandwidth.

Business Strategy & Growth

• Partner with leadership to develop new business verticals around ESG, risk analytics, and AI-assisted research.
• Support business development efforts by building solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Identify client problems, translate them into technical workflows, and oversee execution.

Client Engagement

• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are aligned with both technology and client needs.
• Contribute to proposal development, pre-sales discussions, and project scoping.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2-5 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or AI/ML-driven environments.
• Proven track record of using AI/GenAI tools for workflow automation and report generation.
• Strong experience with ESG frameworks, data analytics, or compliance-related reporting is a plus.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage pods/teams.
• Business acumen to translate client needs into technical deliverables.
• Curiosity, positive mindset, and ownership of commitments and outcomes.
