Responsibilities:

• Be involved and responsible for driving real estate acquisitions, divestments, investment management, and asset management
• Support investment transactions from end-to-end, including analysing, negotiating, closing and evaluating asset and portfolio strategies for the firm's portfolio across the region
• Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence processes for transactions
• Prepare investment papers and deliver recommendations for internal approval
• Conduct research and manage market intelligence relating to the global portfolio; support business decisions aligned with the investment strategy

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate (titles given accordingly) investment, acquisitions, transaction advisory, asset management, portfolio management
• Team player, family culture
• Real estate sector knowledge, technical, financial modelling and analysis experience is a must
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning/work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
• Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
