Your key responsibilities:

• Oversight of India NOC team in BAU activities, including to perform 4 eye checks and provide day-to-day guidance
• SME and go-to person on Churning, Cross Border and Pricing control related matters
• Liaise with various stakeholders such as RC, Operations, Back Office Compliance, and DCO on Control related projects
• Follow up on long outstanding deficiencies with Relationship Centre
• Oversight of all responsible 1st LOD control and ensures execution quality and timeliness
• Coordinate internal/external audit and regulatory enquiries/requests to provide data
• Maintain and track various work flow stages/activities and escalation to Team Lead in any identified deviation/issue
• Prepare regular management reporting
• Perform regulatory survey for submitting to regulators
• Participating in remediation projects
• Responsible for day-to-day enquiries related to 1st LOD process/controls from Relationship Centre
• Identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of control areas of activity

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the private banking industry
• Solid experience/knowledge in 1LOD controls in Private Banking
• Relevant Product knowledge in Private Banking
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Good team player and be able to cope well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Familiar with banking system such as Avaloq and Sales Force
• University Graduate or equivalent

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
