Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic FP&A Director to lead our financial planning and analysis function. This role is critical in driving financial insight, forecasting, and decision support to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across departments to influence business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A team to deliver accurate budgeting & forecasting and monthly business reviews.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and KPIs.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making at the executive level.
• Monitor and analyze business performance against budget and forecast; identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee scenario planning, store profitability analysis, long-range financial modeling to drive commercial decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional development and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is required to work with stakeholders located in China.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
