Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage full-cycle accounting including voucher review, bookkeeping, and period closing.

• Prepare SFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Complete timely tax filings including corporate income tax and other obligations.

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and documentation

2. Project Financial Management

• Monitor energy project cost accounting with budgeting and final accounting

• Conduct financial risk assessments for energy projects with decision support

• Participate in investment feasibility analysis with financial modeling responsibilities

3. Treasury & Budget Management

• Manage multi-currency accounts optimizing fund allocation efficiency

• Handle cross-border settlements including traditional and digital currencies

4. Compliance & External Coordination

• Cooperate with audits providing required financial materials and explanations

• Maintain relationships with banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Monitor regulatory changes and adjust financial policies accordingly

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

2. ACCA, CPA or similar professional qualifications preferred.

3. 3+ years finance experience; energy industry background preferred

4. Cryptocurrency or digital asset management experience advantageous

5. Cross-border financial management or international settlement experience preferred

6. Proficiency in SFRS and IFRS standards

7. Familiarity with Singapore tax system

8. Understanding of energy industry accounting practices and cost methods

9. Knowledge of digital currency accounting treatments and risk assessment

10. ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle) and financial software expertise

11. Strong financial data analysis capabilities with Excel proficiency

12. Cross-border business communication and coordination skills

13. Strong learning ability adapting to new technologies and business models

14. Excellent risk awareness and compliance mindset

15. Good communication skills and team orientation

16. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
