• Industry/ Organization Type: HVAC Solutions Provider
• Position Title: Cost Estimator
• Working Location: MacPherson (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days. Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive estimates.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation models.
• Present cost reports and pricing strategies to management and clients.
• Support tender submissions and bid proposals.
• Adjust estimates based on scope changes and client feedback.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in HVAC, M&E, or construction sectors.
• Have knowledge with estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
