This is an exciting opportunity to join Asia's leading value-based healthcare consulting company. Vista Health is headquartered in Singapore, with entities in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and the UK. Vista Health partners with clients across Asia Pacific, Europe, and global Emerging Markets. Our clients typically include the global top 20 pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies as well as patient advocacy groups, providers and policy and regulatory groups. Our work spans the full spectrum of therapeutic and disease areas, providing challenge and variety for our team.

Candidates for these roles will play a key role in contributing to local, regional and global projects that will enhance understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including market landscapes, policy and market access, across the vibrant life science and digital health industries.

Reporting to a functional lead, candidates will be responsible for contributing to the design, development and delivery of projects or components of larger, complex projects as required. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development activities via proposal development support, new business recognition and solution development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as part of a project team in the development and delivery of consulting projects, including:

• Supporting day-to-day execution of projects and taking ownership and successful leadership of specific parts of projects

• Primary and secondary data collection, analysis, and development of recommendations; working with senior members of the team to develop custom solutions and working closely with clients to successfully answer business-critical and often strategic global decisions

• Contributing to the design, structuring, reviewing and delivery of client reports and presentations

• Assisting in the design and facilitation of client workshops to define execution strategies for clients to roll out locally, regionally or globally

• Participate in interviews or support relationship management of industry experts and key opinion leaders

• Contribute to meetings with clients and internal teams

Contribute to business growth by:

• Recognizing opportunities for follow-on work & new leads

• Supporting the development of proposals for new business opportunities

• Contributing to client satisfaction

• Supporting the development of intellectual property for use in future client engagements

• Strengthening Vista Health's positive industry impact by working with senior leaders to develop well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, and guidance for clients

• Contributing towards firm building by supporting senior leaders in the implementation and adoption of processes, SOPs, and solutions, including AI/ML, that will allow the firm to scale more quickly and efficiently

May have internal team contributions, including:

• Buddying for new team members

• Knowledge sharing

Skills and qualifications:

Applicants for the analyst or senior analyst roles 1-3 years of experience in a life sciences consulting or industry role is a must - e.g. health economics and outcomes research, commercial excellence, and/or market access/policy/health outcomes

• Knowledge of latest methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area

All candidates should have at minimum a BSc in Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Health Economics or related areas (MSc or higher degree preferred)

• Advance skills with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)

• Able to identify priorities in managing multiple projects and delivering projects within timeline and scope

• Comfortable working in a high-energy small team environment and able to work well under pressure

• Excellent writing and presentation skills, including delivering a storyboard in a logical and coherent manner

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean language would be an advantage

Salary ranges (dependent on role and experience):
  • $2,000 - 3,000 for Intern positions
  • $4,000 - 6,000 for Analyst positions
  • $6,000 - 7,000 for Senior analyst positions

• Duration of internship 3 - 6 months full-time (duration negotiable)
