Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to lead a team of pricing associates to lead the execution of our pricing strategy across all products in Traveloka. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience leading a team, and have the ability to translate data into meaningful pricing actions.This position reports to the VP of Pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience leading a team, and have the ability to translate data into meaningful pricing actions.This position reports to the VP of Pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of pricing strategies and pricing experiments across all products in Traveloka
- Guide team members to analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior to optimize pricing decisions
- Model pricing scenarios and forecast revenue impact from pricing decisions undertaken
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for further price optimisation.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on pricing effectiveness and market trends
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in pricing analytics or related fields.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python - are a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on pricing decisions.
