We are a long/short hedge fund with a strong focus on Japanese equities and growing exposure across Asia.

Roles

Investment Analyst (Greater China) This role covers equities in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, with additional Japan exposure.

Language Requirements:

• A high level of proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential to analyse company documents and communicate effectively with management teams across the Greater China region.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required to analyse financial reports and other materials related to the role's cross-border Japan coverage.

What you'll do

• Conduct deep fundamental research and build financial models
• Analyse company performance, valuations, industry trends, and macro drivers
• Generate high-conviction investment ideas and present to the investment team
• Engage with companies, track regulatory changes, and deliver actionable insights

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in equity research, or buy-side investing
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
• Proven ability to produce differentiated investment ideas through rigorous due diligence
• Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
