Responsibilities
Skills Requirement
- To define, design and deliver all testing work, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression testing.
- Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and testing scenarios within Agile/scrum teams.
- Design and develop detailed API test automation plans for the different cloud services developed, integrate the tests to the build pipeline and plan executions.
- Drive the load testing on the GUI and for different APIs identified.
- Regularly attend all scrum ceremonies - daily standup, sprint planning and retrospectives for the assigned application/project
- Effectively communicate System/Integration test execution plans/test results to team members/stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with developers effectively in resolving any issues/bugs/gaps identified.
- Work closely with other business analyst/delivery lead to implement new solutions and recommend improvements to the existing processes.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience as an Automation tester is strongly preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium
- Good understanding of the business and processes and preferably working knowledge of the different applications used.
- Exposure in API/GUI/Load Test Automation tools
- Experience working in different tools like Postman, SOAPUI, Jmeter, LoadRunner
- Knowledge of build, release and deployment processes using Azure Devops/Jenkins.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence
- Familiarity with Git, C#, Openshift, Azure DevOps
- Attention to details, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, also can collaborate with the team effectively
