We are looking for a skilled ECM OpenText System Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, working closely with business users to capture requirements, implement system changes, and deliver effective ECM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ECM solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, customize, and implement changes in OpenText ECM applications.
• Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support testing, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Create functional/technical documentation and user training materials.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with OpenText ECM solutions (e.g., Content Server, Archive Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, D2).
• Strong background in system analysis, configuration, and implementation of ECM platforms.
• Ability to bridge both business and technical teams in a techno-functional capacity.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking/financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
