Responsibilities

Team Introduction

The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for assessing and managing fraud risks in the financial business sector, including payment fraud, cash out risk and so on.

- Conduct well-rounded fraud risk assessment for financial business, including risk types, exposure, containing measures and solutions.

- Frequently track and monitor fraud risk exposure and detect abnormal user behavior, as well as alert and handle exceptions.

- Devise and implement risk solutions based on risk patterns via collaboration with strategy/product/tech/customer service teams.

- Optimize risk strategy and models based on online performance to reduce overall fraud risk exposure.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

- Solid risk management knowledge and skills, familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes.

- Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, able to skillfully use risk management tools and software.

- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments.

- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields.

- More than 3 years of practical experience in credit risk management, familiar with risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply chain finance etc.
