Role:

Quantity Surveyor (Training Provided / Up to $4000)

• Working Location: (Joo Koon)
• 5 days (Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary: $2,800 - $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepares sales order and quotation.
• Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement.
• Reviewing tender and contract documents.
• Other QS functions as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
• At least 3 years local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm / Entry level are welcome too
• Preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing.
