Income Audit (80%)
- Review and document all revenue transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance and integrity of all hotel revenue streams.
- Responsible for auditing daily transactions, investigating discrepancies, preventing revenue leakage, and preparing timely and accurate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Accounts Payable (20%)
- Ensure that invoices are correctly coded, posted into system, and adequately attached with relevant documents.
- Schedule and make payment to creditors according to approved policies & procedures.
- Ensure that all expenses for the month are posted and necessary accruals made
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
