Job Description

• Lead market & liquidity risk oversight across the trading book, with focus on Asian credit, derivatives, and repo activities.
• Operate independently to assess, monitor, and report risk exposures, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory expectations.
• Manage liquidity risk, including regulatory reporting, stress testing, and contingency funding planning.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and senior management to challenge strategies and support growth responsibly.
• Drive continuous enhancement of risk frameworks, systems, and governance documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 15 years of experience in market and liquidity risk from a financial institution.
• Deep product knowledge in credit trading, OTC derivatives, and repo markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly local liquidity risk standards and stress testing.
• Independent and confident in engaging senior stakeholders and front office.
• Strong technical proficiency in risk analytics, modelling tools, and market risk systems.
