Responsibilities:
- Design product based on the understanding of motivations and needs of different layers of paid users.
- Unearth hidden user value through data analysis of paid user characteristics, build effective measures to guide payments.
- Participate in mathematical design of features targeted at different groups of paid users, collaborate to achieve growth targets of both paid users and creators-with-income.
- Write PRDs, coordinate resources with cross-functional teams and drive the requirement's developing, testing and launching, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineer or related fields.
- At least 7 years of working experience in revenue product, user growth strategy, data analysis or a related area.
- At least 5 years of working experience in various livestreaming and gaming products with a deep understanding of the industry; background in the tech industry is required.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience revenue growth strategies with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent at communication and collaboration, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
