JOB DESCRIPTION
- Event Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute event strategies to align with business objectives, enhance brand presence, and engage clients and partners in the industry
- Event Coordination - Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, networking sessions, and corporate gatherings
- Budget Management - Oversee event budgets, ensuring that all events are executed within allocated budgets while maximizing cost efficiency
- Vendor Management - Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, caterers, technology providers, and other service partners
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing, and client relations teams, to ensure events meet company and client expectations
- On-Site Event Management - Take charge of on-site event management, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly, from setup to breakdown, and handling any issues that arise
- Marketing & Promotion - Work closely with the marketing team to promote events, including creating promotional materials, sending invitations, and managing event registration
- Post-Event Reporting & Analysis - Evaluate the success of events by gathering feedback, analyzing attendee engagement, and creating post-event reports with insights for future events
- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure all events comply with industry regulations and company policies, including compliance with health and safety standards for in-person events
- Relationship Building - Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and other industry professionals to enhance brand reputation and support long-term business development
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
