JOB DESCRIPTION

• Event Planning Pro - Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from start to finish
• Client Liaison - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional experiences
• Vendor Coordinator - Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for seamless event execution
• Budget Manager - Plan and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective yet impactful events
• Venue Scout - Identify and secure ideal venues that match event requirements
• Marketing Collaborator - Partner with marketing teams to promote events and ensure maximum attendance
• On-Site Leader - Oversee on-site logistics, coordinate teams, and troubleshoot to ensure flawless execution
• Creative Thinker - Design engaging themes, layouts, and experiences to wow attendees
• Post-Event Evaluator - Gather feedback and measure success to refine future events
• Multi-Tasking Star - Manage multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems on the spot
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
