Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour

Work Type: 9-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 4,800 per month

What you will be working on?

• Attend regular meetings with creative team including choreographers for different performing items;
• Understand the concept of the different items and propose suitable ideas;
• Assist Production Managers to plan schedule for filming, rehearsals and logistic matters;
• Assist with music and filming recordings at studio;
• Assist with production of video and projection content including sourcing and collation of materials, pre-recording of performances and other preparations support;
• Work with Production Manager, Site Management, Sound / Lighting / Effects team to ensure smooth rehearsals and shows;
• Take on liaison duties with multiple participating groups during lead-up as well as during their rehearsals;
• Coordinate with the participating groups on the rehearsals, music, costumes, props, floats, structures and other logistical items;
• Co-ordinate and manage volunteers assisting as parade production crew
• Take on the role as the key personnel to manage the performing area during rehearsals & parade/show days
• Assist in doing up PowerPoint Slides such as the concept, formation and important information

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline.
• Attend to late night and weekend duties in the lead up to the parade.
• Required to work on some weekends and evenings as the job requires.
