We'll need you to:

• Conceptualize and implement sales plans that drive and grow event sales, and showcase the venue to potential clients
• Form strong professional relationships with key clients, accounts, and third party sales
• Being the key client contact on-the-ground, welcoming clients, conducting site visits, and some management of VIP groups
• Build sales collateral, printed materials, and digital mailers to drive awareness
  Coordinate and execute clients' events
• Manage events database and CRM, including history, spending trends, preferences
• Assist in reviewing monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends
• Identifying new marketing opportunities via demographics, market forces, and key partnerships

We're looking for someone who enjoys:

• Being in the Hospitality/F&B lifestyle with a proven track record of managing sales and/or events
• Working and communicating with various departments and external partners
• Financials, budgeting and revenue tracking
• Having a high level of service standard and understands the importance of the guest experience
