Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week

Work Type: 9-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 2,900 per month

What you will be working on?

1. Engage partners, schools, pre-schools, educational institutions, to raise awareness on sharing and giving, and to participate in the annual school appeal projects.
2. Support outreach efforts as part of SG60 initiatives.
3. Support to manage relationship and engagement to achieve fund-raising targets.
4. Support to conceptualise and implement events and initiatives to engage and enhance donors and stakeholders' experience and stewardship. Duties include, but are not limited to, secretariat duties for committees, event and budget management, procurement of goods and services, sourcing of sponsorship and partnerships and driving donations with internal and external partners.
5. Develop innovative fund-raising strategies to grow giving for the social service sector.
6. Collaborate with teams to amplify and bring impact to core roles and duties assigned.
7. Any other duties including administrative support or research as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline.
• Passionate about creating a meaning impact in the social service sector
• Highly motivated, meticulous and organised
