We are an Events Company seeking a detail-oriented,proactive Events Project Manager to join our team.

Role:

• Preparing proposals and pitches for existing and new clients.
• Planning and executing luxury, corporate events.
• Following through detailed project plan including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Building good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Main role would be to lead a team for projects and provide your experience, expertise and insights.

Qualifications

• A Singaporean Citizen/ Permanent Resident of Singapore.
• Proven at least 2 full year of working experience as an Event Project Lead/Manager, running large scale events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Able to work flexible hours and meeting tight deadlines

Additional Information

Compensation: SGD 3500 and above
