Events ManagementResponsibilities:
Requirements:
- Plan and execute projects single-handedly and/or as a team, including managing of project budgets and liaising with vendors
- Work with partners and stakeholders to support and co-ordinate the event preparation and operation
- Provide secretariat support to the working committee(s)
- Crisis management and contingency planning
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma from a relevant discipline or its equivalent
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in event management will be preferred. Applicants will be considered for junior or senior level of the role depending on years of relevant experience
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese with good written and verbal communication skills to work with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders. A good command of English is preferred
- Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines and perform under stress
- Willing to work on occasional weekends, when required
