Job Responsibilities

Establish rapport and maintain contact with existing clients

Attend briefings to review all event contracts to ensure last minute changes are communicated to Banquets, Kitchen and Stewarding

Coordinate and follow up with operations and vendors for setups (rental of AV equipment, floral arrangements, backdrops, photography etc)

Support Banquet operations and ensure logistics arrangements are arranged promptly

Process relevant documentations and follow up promptly

Handle pre-event discussion up to delivering actual event arrangements

Assist in other departments within Hotel whenever necessary

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Diploma in events Management

Relevant work experience as Events Coordinator

Flexible and able to work on weekends if events require so

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Service oriented and meticulous

Ability to work independently and in a team

Flexible and able to embrace and respond to changes effectively
