Location: Kallang

Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 9.30am - 7.00pm, Fri: 9.30am - 6.30pm

Salary: Up to $4800 per month (Based on expereince)

• Support the coordination and management of sponsorship and partnership activities.
• Assist in overseeing the ticketing system and related processes.
• Communicate with relevant organizations or groups to manage ticketing needs.
• Help with the preparation and maintenance of guest lists.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as sending invitations, collecting RSVPs, and handling general inquiries.
• Contribute to the planning and allocation of seating for VIPs and special guests.
• Assist in organizing and executing appreciation events for sponsors and partners.
• Support the planning and execution of related events before and after the main program.
• Be available to work during selected weekends and evenings, as required by event timelines.
