We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Event & Retail Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing event setups and retail displays, while managing multiple projects and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design themes for events and retail environments
• Collaborate with clients, planners, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Liaise with in-house production and suppliers for materials, fabrication, and logistics
• Prepare technical drawings, 3D visuals, and production-ready files (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite)
• Ensure projects meet safety standards, quality benchmarks, and are delivered on time
• Support production processes, including artwork and material preparation
• Manage multiple timelines effectively under senior supervision
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual deliverables

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Interior, Architecture, or related field
• Proficient in 3D & technical design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite)
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• Team player with a proactive attitude
