We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager (Sports) to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities, programs, and events. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective execution of sports operations, manage logistics, coordinate staff, and uphold high standards of service and safety.

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations of sports programs, training sessions, and events.
• Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth execution of schedules and operations.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of sports equipment, apparel, and facility supplies.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Liaise with marketing, finance, and HR teams to support overall organizational goals.
• Manage and train operations staff, including scheduling, performance management, and task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, governing bodies, and internal policies.
• Oversee event logistics including setup, staffing, ticketing, crowd control, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain and track operational budgets; analyze financial reports and optimize resource usage.
• Handle vendor and contractor relationships for facility maintenance, event support, and equipment procurement.
