About COZY DIY Jewelry

COZY is a DIY jewelry studio located on South Bridge Road, where guests design and create their own personalized jewelry. With over 100 stunning glass beads, gemstones, freshwater pearls, and charms - in 925 sterling silver - we help each guest create something truly beautiful and lasting.

Our concept is simple and accessible to everyone - no prior experience needed, just a creative spirit!

Currently, our studio operates daily with bookings and events, but soon we'll be shifting to a fully mobile model. That means no permanent studio, but the same fun and creativity brought to clients' homes, offices, and cozy venues across town.

Your Role

As our Community & Events Coordinator, you'll be the right hand to the founders - a key player in both our current studio operations and our evolving event-based business model. Your role includes:

Studio Management (while the studio is still open)

• Act as the main in-store manager: keep the space tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked

• Coordinate daily team schedules and briefings - even if you're not on-site

• Make sure all staff feel confident in their roles

• Conduct regular checks on materials and supplies (no purchasing responsibility)

Event Operations & Client Experience

• Help plan and host both in-studio and off-site workshops

• Facilitate events at corporate offices, private homes, or our partner venues

• Ensure a smooth, fun, and memorable experience for every guest

Marketing & Growth

• Capture content (photos/videos) during events for social media (Stories and feed)

• Post regularly on Instagram and engage with our audience

• Reach out to potential clients, especially corporate teams

Bookings & Partnerships

• Manage event bookings confidently, with support from the team

• Play an active role in business growth by bringing in new clients

Once the studio closes, your primary focus will shift to hosting and coordinating events in three formats:

• Corporate events at office locations

• Private events at homes or condos

• Pop-up events in venues rented by COZY

Working Hours & Compensation

• Approx. 25 hours/week

• Base salary: 1,500 SGD/month

• Performance bonus: 10% commission per paying participant you bring in

(Example: If you bring in events totaling 400 participants at 50 SGD/person, you earn an additional 1,600 SGD that month.)
