Job Responsibilities
1. \tAs outsourced team members, responsible of all matters pertaining to SHEIN's offline event execution in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand markets.
2. \tFollow SHEIN's brand guidelines, SOPs, protocols and instructions given by SHEIN team to take full ownership of end-to-end execution for offline events.
3. Fully responsible of P&L for all offline events assigned to Pan Asia's event team at fixed all-inclusive budgets, take full responsibility of budget spending including but not limited to event headcount costs, venue costs and vendor costs for end-to-end planning and execution.
4. \tEffectively liaise with all internal and external agencies and stakeholders to drive smooth project delivery and produce post-event reviews and analysis.
5. \tResponsible of building and managing professional relationships or partnerships with relevant personnel, production agencies or any other vendors to facilitate smooth delivery.

Job Requirements
1. \tBachelor's Degree, especially in the field of Event/Project Management
2. \tVerbal and written fluency in English and Mandarin
3. \tProven experience in offline event production or marketing campaigns,2 years industry experiences
4. \tFamiliar with local market and consumer habits, able to integrate internal and external resources
5. \tAble to identify, analyze and solve problems, and strong resistance to pressure
6. \tExcellent communications and interpersonal skills
7. \tExisting relationships with Event, Fabrication, Venue partners would be a plus
