We're Hiring: Brand & Creative Event Manager

Experience Level: 2-4 years (Preferred in hospitality, children's entertainment, tuition centres, or childcare industries)

Are you bursting with creative ideas, love working with children, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment? Yooland is looking for a passionate Brand & Creative Event Manager to lead brand initiatives and create unforgettable experiences that engage children and families.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Yooland's brand strategy across physical and digital platforms.
  • Drive unique, engaging, and high-impact campaigns to grow brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Act as the brand guardian-ensuring consistency in tone, look, and feel across all touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and lead in-house and public-facing events that excite, educate, and enchant kids and parents alike.

Creative Engagement
  • Ideate and design interactive themed events, character-led activities, and immersive play experiences aligned with Yooland's magical playground brand.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and play facilitators to ensure strong creative direction.
  • Foster partnerships with child-friendly influencers, entertainers, and brands.


Planning and Execution
  • Plan, manage, and oversee all events from ideation to execution-including birthday parties, seasonal festivals, collaborations, and on-ground promotions
  • Ensure every event is delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, schedules, and checklists.


Budget Management
  • Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources without compromising creative impact.
  • Monitor and report on ROI for branding and event initiatives.


Vendor and Partner Management
  • Source, liaise with, and manage relationships with external vendors including entertainers, decorators, caterers, and activity partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality and punctuality.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners for cross-promotional opportunities.


Marketing and Promotion
  • Work with our marketing team to boost digital presence through social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and content creation.
  • Design and promote event collateral including posters, EDMs, press releases, and influencer packages.
  • Oversee content calendar and ensure brand voice is aligned across all platforms.


Post-Event Analysis
  • Gather feedback and metrics post-event to evaluate success.
  • Prepare performance reports and propose improvements for future initiatives.
  • Maintain a database of insights, media coverage, and customer testimonials.

✨ What We're Looking For:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality, children's education/entertainment, or childcare sectors
  • Passion for creativity, kids, and delivering magical experiences.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bonus: Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools.
