About the Role

GO is built for clients who don't want average. We create corporate events that drive impact, and we're looking for a Client Projects Lead who can own the full delivery process - strategy, operations, budgeting, execution - and make clients feel like they're in the best hands.

This isn't a support role. You'll lead high-stakes projects, manage stakeholders, and take full responsibility for timelines, budgets, and experience. If you hate chaos, love structure, and take pride in flawless delivery, we want to talk.

What You'll Handle

Full-Cycle Project Delivery

• Manage D&Ds, Family Days, Team Builds, Conferences from kickoff to debrief
• Align timelines, deliverables, and budgets with creative and ops
• Own the execution - no loose ends, no excuses

Client Leadership

• Be the main point of contact from proposal to post-event wrap
• Translate vague client goals into clear project plans
• Set expectations early and manage them tightly

Vendor & Site Ops

• Source, brief, and manage vendors, venues, and production teams
• Lead site visits, show day execution, and teardown coordination
• Handle live issues fast, without drama

Budget Accountability

• Build and track project budgets (targeting
• Manage procurement, vendor payments, and invoicing workflows

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with sales, design, and ops to hit deadlines
• Keep Asana up to date - no Slack promises, no side chats
• Push team clarity and executional discipline across the board

You're Right If You Have:

• 4-6 years experience running corporate events or B2B productions
• Strong project and vendor management skills
• Budgeting and client servicing experience
• Confidence working independently and making calls on the ground
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Microsoft Office, and basic spreadsheets
• Zero tolerance for missed deadlines or vague instructions
