You will co-create and deliver a best-in-class cultural programme spanning art, design, food, wellness, music, fashion, and ideas, shaped around the lifestyle of Asia's most discerning private members. Reporting to the Head of Culture & Programming, you will bridge strategy and operations, ensuring every touchpoint feels meaningful, stylish, and unmistakably Mandala.
With experience across events, marketing, or PR, and strong ties to creative communities in Singapore and beyond, you'll bring the right balance of creative curation, executional rigour, and charismatic hosting, making Mandala not just a club, but a cultural compass.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Creative Development
- Co-develop a vibrant, future-facing cultural calendar across Mandala's programming pillars: Wellness, Creators, Futures, Encounters and Epicures.
- Translate cultural insights, member desires, and brand direction into compelling event formats and curatorial arcs.
- Tap into local and regional networks across art, design, music, food, and fashion to bring fresh talent and new energy to the club.
Event Production & Coordination
- Lead cultural events from concept to execution: run-of-show, AV, set-up, styling, talent liaison, and post-mortem.
- Collaborate with F&B, Events, Ops, Membership, and Marketing to deliver seamless 360-degree experiences.
- Ensure all event assets such as copy, visuals, RSVP platforms, and communications are on-brand and on-time.
Community & Partnerships
- Serve as a cultural host and public-facing ambassador for Mandala's programming, whether moderating a panel, welcoming a guest, or rallying excitement around a salon night.
- Cultivate a strong ecosystem of speakers, tastemakers, artists, designers, chefs, and partners to drive cross-pollination and buzz.
- Collaborate with luxury brands, institutions, and creators for co-branded events and strategic partnerships.
Marketing & Communications
- Bring your marketing or PR mindset to help shape storytelling around programming, ensuring every activation builds brand equity and member excitement.
- Coordinate with Marketing to amplify event campaigns, write culturally resonant blurbs, and track impact.
- Understand and protect Mandala's editorial tone and visual identity across all cultural content.
Reporting & Evolution
- Track event performance using attendance data, member feedback, and content engagement.
- Run debriefs with relevant teams and identify improvements for future events.
- Constantly benchmark against top-tier cultural institutions and clubs to ensure Mandala remains best-in-class.
Key Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in cultural programming, event production, marketing, or PR, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, or creative industries.
- A strong network and deep interest in culture: from food to fashion, music to wellness, art to ideas.
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to write blurbs, host panels, and brief suppliers with clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CMS, and event tools like Sevenrooms, Tripleseat, or similar.
- Comfort working late nights and weekends when events are live.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive with a deep understanding of brand integrity and guest experience.
