GO delivers corporate events that don't just check boxes - they move people. We're looking for an Experience Delivery Lead who can turn a signed deal into a seamless, high-impact event. You'll drive every part of the process: timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution.

This role is about ownership. If you get a thrill from tight timelines, live pressure, and delivering outcomes that wow both clients and guests, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Own the Project

• Lead end-to-end delivery of events like D&Ds, Family Days, Team Building, and Conferences
• Build the timeline, map the ops, own the flow
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to execute cleanly

Lead the Client

• Be the primary contact once the job is sold
• Translate the creative vision into operational reality
• Keep the client informed and confident - no surprises

Run the Ops

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and production crew
• Run site visits, lead setup, troubleshoot issues, and stay until teardown
• Keep quality high, even when things shift

Control the Budget

• Set and manage the event budget with discipline (
• Track procurement, ensure timely payments and invoicing

Enforce the Process

• Use Asana and structured workflows to manage task flow
• No guesswork, no off-the-books requests - everything documented and tracked

You'll Need

• 4-6 years experience in corporate events or live experience delivery
• Strong logistics, vendor, and budget control skills
• Comfort leading client conversations and taking charge under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Asana (or similar tools)
• A proactive, no-fluff mindset and attention to detail
