You'll be the engine behind our most important projects. From kick-off to teardown, you'll manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and show day ops with precision and calm under pressure.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Management

• Lead corporate events from pre-production to post-mortem
• Handle D&Ds, Family Days, Conferences, Team Building and more
• Create and drive project timelines across internal and external teams

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key point of contact once the project is confirmed
• Set expectations, communicate clearly, and keep the client updated
• Problem-solve live without breaking flow

Operations & Vendor Coordination

• Source, brief, and manage vendors and venues
• Run site recces, setups, and show day execution
• Ensure every detail is covered - even the ones no one sees

Budget Control

• Build budgets with clarity and discipline
• Keep variance under 10%, track all procurement and invoicing

Workflow & Systems Discipline

• Keep everything tracked in Asana - no Slack loopholes, no verbal gaps
• Ensure timelines, task ownership, and handovers are locked in

Who We're Looking For

• 4-6 years experience in events, production, or client delivery roles
• Clear, confident communicator with strong vendor and logistics skills
• Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and outcomes
• Sharp with Microsoft Office and Asana (or similar tools)
• High ownership mindset - doesn't wait to be told, just gets it done
