Management Trainee

Job Scope

• Greet customers warmly and efficiently handles their orders
• Prepare high quality services
• Assist customers in recommendations and choices of tea-based beverages if required
• Inform customers of any dietary restrictions and allergens, if any
• Orders to be processed accurately with payments
• Follow the standard operational procedures & policies
• Daily hygiene & sanitation maintenance
• Handle incoming deliveries, inventory and report any quality and other issues
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Handle customer feedbacks and inquiries promptly in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

• 5/6 days work week
• Work location: All about
• Friendly & bubble personality
• Preferably have a minimum 2 year experience in F&B
• Basic hygiene certification holder preferred
• Assist with outlet/booth set up & tear down if required
• Assist with up keeping of hygiene & maintenance of shop and iventories.
• Scheduling & ensuring timely deliveries of products
• Assist with with any ad hoc matters as requested by management

Working Hours

Days: 5/6 days work week.

Benefits

Salary: $2500.00 - up to $4,000 monthly

Annual Leave - 7 days

MC - 14 days

Birthday Leave - 1 day
