We're expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our creative events team - the people behind our most memorable culinary collaborations and activations.
This is a commissionable sales role, and remuneration will commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, venue partners, and collaborators
• Manage incoming event enquiries, provide timely responses, and follow up on leads
• Prepare pitch decks, event proposals, and detailed quotations
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. logistics providers, AV technicians, equipment rental)
• Work closely with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Proactively resolve any issues that arise before or during events
• Assist with event budgeting, administrative documentation, and cost tracking
• Provide on-site event support and represent the brand professionally
• Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas of improvement and gather feedback
Requirements & Skills
• Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the events industry
• F&B experience is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel)
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
• Comfortable and confident engaging with clients
• Independent and self-motivated; able to take initiative
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and inventory management skills
• Observant, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
