Location: 5-10 mins walk from City Hall / Bugis / Bras Basah MRT station

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: $2,800 to $3,200 per month

Job Description

• Organize Bushiroad's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various Bushiroad's events and tournaments circuits
• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing collaterals and event logistics
• Perform quality checks to ensure all marketing materials meet brand and production standards
• Visit warehouse occasionally to prepare and pack marketing collaterals
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage backend administration of shop tournaments such as schedules and registration
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage and support exhibition events
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Must have basic knowledge of social media management
• Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Good to Have

• Experience or knowledge in playing Bushiroad's trading card games (TCGs) will be advantageous
• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence
