Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting and the planning and execution of events.
• Provide technical support for hybrid events.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all event documents (eg. Project timelines, schedules, administrative sheets etc)
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Assist in budget and timeline planning of events.
• Assist in problem solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure industry best practices.
• Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications/Integrated Events or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in similar function
• Possess strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
