Key Responsibilities:
Event Hosting & Coordination:
• Develop and implement programs tailored to young children that promote fun, learning, and development.
• Plan, coordinate, and host family friendly events, parties, educational classes and activities at the park.
• Create and lead engaging dance activities and performances
• Edit audio files for programs, as required
Park Operations Management:
• Support the Park Manager in overseeing daily park operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Train team members for smooth execution while leading by example
• Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and customer service.
• Monitor park facilities to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Customer Engagement:
• Foster a high energetic, warm, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for park visitors.
• Serve as a point of contact for event inquiries and visitor feedback.
• Handle any on-site issues or emergencies with professionalism and care.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field.
• Experience planning and hosting events, especially for young children and families.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for dancing, performing, and leading group activities.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle administrative responsibilities.
• Ability to work outdoors, stand for long periods, and participate in physically active events.
• Experience with audio editing and working with mascots
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays
