Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Events & Content Development Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of engaging events and content across our playground brands and pop-up experiences. This role will be responsible for increasing customer engagement, boosting brand visibility, and enhancing the overall experience for both visitors and members.

Key Responsibilities

Events Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage a comprehensive annual event calendar for all three brand concepts and pop-up activations as required.

• Conceptualize and execute interactive events, workshops, and themed experiences to attract and retain customers/members.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and high participation.

• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and other partners for event logistics.

• Analyse event performance and customer feedback to improve future activations.

Content Development & Engagement

• Develop fun and educational on-site content (games, storytelling sessions, DIY workshops, performances) to enhance playtime experiences.

• Work with the design and marketing teams to produce branded promotional materials including but not limited to engaging multimedia content (videos, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, etc.) to promote events and brand experiences.

Customer Engagement & Membership Initiatives

• Develop exclusive members-only events and perks to drive retention.

• Design loyalty programs, challenges, and gamified experiences to increase repeat visits.

• Analyse adoption rate and track effectiveness to improve offerings.

• Gather insights from customer interactions to improve the quality of experiences.

Collaboration & Brand Growth

• Partner with local schools, influencers, and community groups to increase brand awareness.

• Stay up to date with trends in children's entertainment, family experiences, and indoor play concepts.

• Identify strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance event offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, content creation, or experiential marketing, preferably in family entertainment, hospitality, or retail.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

• Creativity and storytelling skills to develop engaging content and experiences.

• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, for event execution.

• Passion for creating fun, interactive, and meaningful experiences for children and families.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in video production, photography, or graphic design is a plus.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems.

• Knowledge of family entertainment industry trends and audience preferences.
