Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent and promote company services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by supporting the Sales & Planning Department with inquiries and site visit coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from various sales channels.
• Provide proactive and timely follow-ups via email or phone, demonstrating professional and confident communication etiquette.
• Assess and evaluate client inquiries, recommending suitable wedding services and packages based on company sales measures, policies, and regulatory compliance.Schedule and organize client site visits in alignment with planners' availability and workload assignments.
• Maintain and update the CID database, ensuring accurate records of customer inquiries and site visits.
• Manage and respond to client feedback, addressing complaints in consultation with the Chief Planner.
• Ensure sales materials, including brochures, packages, and presentation folders, are always updated and readily available.
• Oversee the administrative functions within the Sales & Planning Department to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient and seamless sales activities.Support planners and the Chief Planner with site visits, event execution, and other related event requirements.
• Assist the Marketing Department with social media content creation and media publications to promote weddings and events as needed.
