Temporary Senior Executive (Events, Marketing, and Communications)
Student support services are integral part of Student Affairs Office (SAO), offering a diverse array of services from resources planning to ensuring all students have equal opportunities for success.

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, managing marketing initiatives, and overseeing communications efforts to enhance Student Affairs visibility and engagement with students. This role will report to the Assistant Director (Student Support Services).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote SAO programs and activities; analyse and adjust strategies for optimal effectiveness.
  • Create, write, and edit content for newsletters, websites, publicity emails and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the university's brand guidelines.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content planning and analytics tracking.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Corporate Communication Office, NTU Student Union) to coordinate announcements and communications.
  • Manage events, ensuring seamless execution and providing logistical support as needed.
  • Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director, Student Affairs.


Requirements
  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, or Degree Holder.
  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in event management and support.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
